➡️ Broadcast Approval
More control before messages are sent.

- Operators must schedule the send time at least 25 minutes in advance, which automatically triggers an email notification to Administrators for review.

Never miss a message again.
How it works:
- An orange dot appears when a new message arrives and hasn’t been opened yet.
- The indicator disappears as soon as an agent opens the conversation.
- If the agent is already inside the chat, no indicator is shown.
- Works across all channels (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) and inbox views.
Why it matters:
Teams can instantly spot unattended conversations and respond faster, especially in high-volume inboxes.

KPI names were standardized for clarity.
- Messages with tracked links show the Clicks KPI.

➡️ Integration Connections: Important Note!
When activating integrations that rely on Connections, activation is now evaluated per connection instead of being blocked upfront.
This behavior applies to:
- Custom Webhook
- Bright Pattern
- OpenAI
What changed
- The platform attempts to activate the integration and each configured connection independently.
- If no connections are activated successfully: The integration remains inactive. An error message is displayed.
- If at least one connection is activated successfully: The integration becomes active. A notification is shown indicating that not all connections were activated. Connections that fail remain inactive.
When partial activation occurs, a snackbar notification is displayed with a link to the Connections Details dialog, where you can review the activation status of each connection. This dialog is the same one accessible from the Details icon on the integration card.

This update gives you greater visibility, flexibility, and security when handling your API integrations.
➡️ Enhance Custom Webhook Payload with Sender Information
We’ve updated our Custom Webhook Integration feature that lets you include sender, channel, and timestamp information in the messages your system receives when an event happens. This is particularly useful for businesses using multiple senders, as it makes it easier to see exactly who triggered the action and through which channel (SMS, WhatsApp). You now have the option to add these details to the message automatically, giving you better visibility and control without needing to change your existing setup. It’s a simple way to make your integrations more informative and organized.
➡️ Improved WhatsApp Visibility in Enabled Channels
We’ve enhanced the WhatsApp experience in the Enabled Channels section to give you greater clarity and control over your senders. You can now easily view your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and all associated phone numbers (sender), including key details like sender status, quality rating, messaging tier, and Live Chat availability. These improvements make managing your WhatsApp setup easier, verifying new numbers, and assigning them to your space—all from one streamlined view.
➡️ Add and Manage WhatsApp Phone Numbers in Your WABA
You can now manually add and verify new phone numbers to your WABA directly from the platform. Simply enter the number details, assign it to your space, and complete a quick verification process.
