Administration Console introduction

Manage Environments, Workspaces, users, communication routes, and platform features from the Administration Console. For internal teams administering messaging infrastructure across multiple client organizations.

Use the Administration Console to create and manage Environments, Workspaces, users, communication routes, and platform features.

Understand the platform structure

The Administration Console is a centralized internal tool for managing the two core parts of your messaging infrastructure:

  • Environments represent client organizations or distributors. An Environment owns one or more Workspaces.
  • Workspaces represent end clients. Each Workspace has its own settings, users, and communication channels.

Manage your messaging operations

Use the platform to:

  • Create and configure Workspaces.
  • Assign SMS, Email, and WhatsApp routes and delivery channels to Workspaces.
  • Configure platform features, including Live Chat.
  • Monitor message activity and platform usage.
  • Manage users, roles, and permissions.

Navigate the administration console

Use the left navigation sidebar to access the following sections:

  • Administration Console dashboard — Monitor outgoing (MT) and incoming (MO) messages across channels and Environments. Use KPIs, filters, graphs, and message metrics to track trends, channel distribution, and platform usage.
  • Environments — View and manage Environments and the Workspaces they contain. Use this section to onboard clients and tailor their platform configuration.
  • Users — View user roles, monitor user activity, and filter users by Environment or Workspace.
