Partner-Initiated Process
This process enables Messangi to initiate the WABA creation on your behalf while maintaining full ownership of your business.
To request a WABA, follow these steps:
- Contact the Support Team: Open a support ticket or contact your Account Manager to request the creation of a WhatsApp Business Account for your company.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email notification or support ticket update confirming that the WABA creation invitation has been sent to your Meta Business Suite account.
- Accept the Invitation in Meta Business Suite: Access Meta Business Suite at https://business.facebook.com.
- If you have multiple business portfolios, select the appropriate portfolio using the dropdown menu at the top-left of the page.
- Navigate to the Settings (gear icon) > Requests > Other Requests panel and click the Received tab.
- Locate the invitation and review its contents (or decline the invitation).
- Add and verify a business phone number (optional).
- Confirm the invitation.
- Navigate to the Accounts > WhatsApp account panel and confirm that your WhatsApp Business Account has been created and shared with Messangi.
- If you have multiple business portfolios, select the appropriate portfolio using the dropdown menu at the top-left of the page.
NOTE
If you want to add or verify phone numbers after the WABA is created, you can do so directly within the platform. For instructions, refer to the Add Phone Number (Sender) to WABA section.
