Subscription Form

Learn how to share a subscription form and review reporting tabs for delivery, performance, campaign setup, and link tracking.

Use the subscription form reporting tabs to share the form and review subscriber activity. You track delivery options, engagement metrics, campaign setup, and link activity from one reporting view. Use each tab for a specific review task.

You review four reporting tabs:

  • Delivery: Copy the form URL, download the QR code, or copy the iframe embed snippet.
  • Performance: Review opens, clicks, and completed subscriptions.
  • Campaign overview: Check the automation type, recipient count, and setup details.
  • Link tracking: Analyze link activity by location, operating system, total opens, and unique opens.

Share the form

Use the Delivery tab to distribute the subscription form. Share the form as a QR code, URL, or iframe embed.

  • QR code: Download the generated QR code image. Distribute it so users can scan and open the form.
  • URL: Copy the generated URL. Share it with users who need to subscribe.
  • Landing page embedding: Copy the iframe snippet. Embed the form directly on your website.

Review performance

Use the Performance tab to review how users interact with your subscription form. Compare the funnel metrics to see where users stop before subscribing.

You review three metrics in the funnel chart:

  • Total opens: Review the total number of times users clicked the ShortURL for the subscription form.
  • Clicked: Review the total number of users who submitted the subscription form successfully.
  • Subscribed: Review the number of users added to your contact list after submitting the form.

Check campaign setup

Use the Campaign overview tab to check how the automation was configured. Refresh the recipient count when you need the latest subscriber total.

  • Type: Review the interactive automation type.
  • Recipients: Review the total number of users who subscribed through the form. Click the Refresh Recipients icon to update the count.

Analyze link activity

Use the Link tracking tab to understand how users interact with your subscription form link. Review location, operating system, and open counts for the ShortURL.

  • Click heatmap: View the geographic distribution of users who clicked the subscription form ShortURL.

  • OS device distribution: View which operating systems users used to open the subscription form.

  • Click rate: Compare total opens with unique opens for the subscription form ShortURL.

    The chart includes two bars:

    • Total opens: Count every click on the ShortURL that redirects a user to the subscription form.
    • Unique opens: Count each user once when they click the ShortURL and open the form.
