Subscription Form
Learn how to share a subscription form and review reporting tabs for delivery, performance, automation setup, and link tracking.
Use the Subscription Form reporting module to share your form and monitor delivery, submissions, subscriptions, and link activity.
The module includes four tabs:
- Delivery: Share the subscription form by URL, QR code, or embedded iframe.
- Performance: Review opens, form submissions, and subscriptions.
- Automation Overview: Review the automation type and recipient count.
- Link Tracking: Analyze link activity by location, operating system, and click count.
Delivery tab
Share the Subscription Form in one of the following formats:
- Download the QR code. Click Download QR Code Image, then distribute the image so users can scan it to open the Subscription Form.
- Share the URL. Copy the generated web link and send it to users who need to subscribe.
- Embed the landing page. Copy the iframe snippet and add it to your website to display the Subscription Form on your page.
Performance tab
Review the funnel chart to see how users progress from opening the subscription form link to joining your contact list.

The chart includes these metrics:
- Total Opens: The total number of clicks on the subscription form ShortURL.
- Clicked: The number of users who submitted the form after completing its required fields.
- Subscribed: The number of users added to your contact list after completing the form.
Use these metrics to identify where users stop before subscribing.
Automation Overview tab
Review the automation configuration and the number of users who subscribed through the form.

- Type: The automation type, shown as Interactive.
- Recipients: The total number of end users who subscribed through the form. Click the Refresh Recipients icon to update the count.
Link Tracking tab
Analyze how users interact with the subscription form ShortURL.

- Click Heatmap: Shows the geographic distribution of users who click the ShortURL.
- OS Device Distribution: Shows the operating systems users use to open the subscription form.
- Click Rate: Shows total and unique clicks on the ShortURL.
The click-rate chart includes:
- Total Opens: The total number of clicks on the ShortURL that redirect users to the subscription form.
- Unique Opens: The number of individual users who click the ShortURL; each user is counted once.
