Workspace settings

Configure company information, channels, user invitations, API keys, and integrations from the Preferences section. For administrators managing platform-wide Workspace settings.

This section covers configuration options available at the Workspace level: preferences, credits, channel enablement, third-party integrations, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) setup, consent management, and user access.

You configure the platform's core settings in the Preferences section. You select the Settings icon in the lower-left navigation menu to open Preferences.

NOTE

Only Workspace users with the Administrator role can see the Settings icon.

The Preferences section includes the following options:

  • Viewing your company information and setting the presentation scheme and language.
  • Configuring channels and managing channel settings.
  • Inviting users to the platform.
  • Accessing your API key.
  • Adding integrations with third-party solutions.
  • Viewing the current credit plan added to the Workspace.
