Contacts

In the Contacts section, you can create, edit, manage, and view the contacts list and their interactions with the platform from broadcast and automations, as well as generate contact segments and filters to learn how you address them through different variables. It is accessed by selecting its icon from the Navigation sidebar.

The Contacts section addresses two main functions:

1. Contact functions, where you can
   • Add New Contacts
   • Edit or Delete an Existing Contact
   • View the Contact platform interaction
2. Management functions, where you can
   • Create, Edit, or Delete visibility of Fields
   • Create, Edit, or Delete Filters
   • Create Segments
