Contacts List

Create, edit, manage, and view the contacts list and their platform interactions from broadcasts and automations in the Contacts section. You access it by selecting its icon from the Navigation sidebar.

The Contacts section addresses two main functions:

1. Contact functions:
   • Add New Contacts
   • Edit or Delete an Existing Contact
   • View the Contact platform interaction
2. Management functions:
   • Create, Edit, or Delete visibility of Fields
   • Create, Edit, or Delete Filters
   • Create Segments
