Subscribers

In the Subscribers section, you can create, edit, manage and view the subscribers list and their interactions with the platform from campaigns, as well as create subscriber segments and filters to learn how you address them through different variables. It is accessed by selecting its icon from the Navigation sidebar.

The Subscribers section addresses two main functions:

1. Subscriber functions, where you can

• Add New Subscribers
• Edit or Delete an Existing Subscriber
• View Subscriber platform interaction

2. Management functions, where you can

• Create, Edit or Delete visibility of Fields
• Create, Edit or Delete Filters
• Create Segments
