Users can identify trends and performance variations across different time ranges by filtering data over specific periods, enabling better decision-making and optimization.

Below the date range filter, users will see tabs for each language the message template is configured in, such as: English, Spanish, Portuguese.

These tabs allow users to switch between different language versions of the message template and view performance metrics specific to each version. Therefore, the Language tabs provide a detailed breakdown of message template performance for multilingual broadcasts and automations. Users can analyze how message templates perform across different languages and optimize content based on regional audience engagement.

📘

NOTE

When applying the Date Range Filter, the selected time period will affect the data displayed in each language tab. The KPIs, graphs, and clicks performance metrics will update according to the time period filtered, ensuring that the analytics reflect the performance of the message template during the specified timeframe.

On the right-hand side of the WhatsApp Message Template Analytics & Reporting is located the Message Template Preview. It provides a real-time display of the selected WhatsApp message template, including its quality, category, and status.
