WABAs

The WABAs tab allows you to assign a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to your space, facilitating seamless integration and communication through WhatsApp.

Here’s how you can assign a WABA to a space:

1. Select WABA: In the WhatsApp Business Account section, the selected WABA will be available with the space for messaging and communication purposes.

2. Phone Numbers: The Phone Numbers table displays the phone numbers linked to the selected WABA.

   Each phone number is listed with the following details:

   • Alias: A user-friendly name associated with the phone number.

   • Phone number: Actual and valid phone number that is associated with the WAB.

     • Rate Limit: The rate at which WhatsApp messages can be sent.
     • Assigned: A checkbox indicating whether the phone number is assigned to the space. To assign the desired phone number to the space, click the checkbox. A pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm the assignment of that phone number to the space.

       NOTE

       A phone number associated with a specified WABA can be assigned to only one space.
