WABAs

You assign a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to your Workspace from the WABAs tab. The Workspace uses the selected WABA for WhatsApp messaging and communication.

Assignment steps:

1. Select WABA: In the WhatsApp Business Account section, select the WABA for the Workspace.

2. Review phone numbers: The Phone Numbers table displays the phone numbers linked to the selected WABA.

   Each phone number is listed with the following details:

   • Alias: A user-friendly name associated with the phone number.
   • Phone number: The valid phone number associated with the WABA.
   • Rate Limit: The rate at which WhatsApp messages can be sent.
   • Assigned: Shows whether the phone number is assigned to the Workspace.

3. Assign a phone number: Select the checkbox for the desired phone number. Confirm the assignment in the pop-up window.

A phone number associated with a specified WABA can be assigned to only one Workspace.
