Multi-Factor Authentication

Secure Live Chat login with email-based Multi-Factor Authentication, requiring a one-time verification code alongside your password. For teams protecting Live Chat platform access beyond password authentication.

Live Chat uses the same Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process as the rest of the platform. See Multi-Factor Authentication for the full step-by-step login flow.

Two details apply specifically to Live Chat:

Workspace selection: if you have access to multiple Workspaces, select the Workspace associated with the Live Chat platform when prompted. Selecting a different Workspace does not grant Live Chat access.
After verification: a successful MFA check takes you directly into the Live Chat platform, not the Workspace dashboard.
