Use a custom domain to give each Space in your Environment a branded web address (URL) that aligns with your organization's identity.

The Custom Domain feature is part of the white-label platform.

To enable this feature, please contact your Account Manager or Support Team. They will evaluate your eligibility and guide you through the setup process.

A custom domain provides the following benefits:

• Branded access URLs — Each Space can use a URL such as https://{space-name}.yourdomain.com. The platform replaces the {space-name} placeholder with that Space's name.

  For example, a telecom provider named "Eli Package" can give customers separate Space URLs:

  • "Luna Bakery": https://lunabakery.elipackage.com
  • "Evergreen Fitness": https://evergreenfitness.elipackage.com
  • "Nova Dental": https://novadental.elipackage.com

  Each URL directs users to a different Space in your Environment.

• Consistent branding — Control the domain experience your users access.

• Professional appearance — Align user-facing URLs with your domain structure.

Domain Configuration Paths

Choose one of the following domain configuration paths.

Platform-managed domain (recommended)

When the platform provisions and manages the domain:

• Each Space receives a dedicated subdomain: https://{space-name}.yourdomain.com.
• The platform configures and maintains the domain.
• You reduce the technical effort required to manage DNS.

Optional: Use your own domain

If you use a domain that you already own, the following limitations apply:

1. No subdomain assignment — You cannot assign unique subdomains to individual customers. All users access the platform through the same shared URL.
2. No per-Space branding — You cannot apply different logos or icons to each customer Space. All customers see the same branding.

For example:

• Provided domain: mydomain.com
• Shared access URL: cpass.mydomain.com (used by all customers)

This path requires you to manage DNS configuration across multiple services and provides less flexibility.

Key Recommendation

Ask the platform to manage your custom domain to give each Space its own subdomain and reduce DNS management work.

Submit a request to enable the custom URL feature. After your request is received, choose from the available domain options.

Only one custom domain can be assigned per owner.
