Company Information

Use the Workspace Information tab to review your company details and set the language and appearance for the current Workspace.

Review Company Details

Review the company information configured for your account. These fields are read-only.

To copy the Workspace URL, select the Copy icon next to the Platform URL.

Review your organization's branding information. The configured Logo and Icon appear on the login pages for all active platforms, including the Communications Platform and Live Chat.

NOTE
The Logo and Icon fields are read-only and cannot be modified from the Communications Platform. To update these branding assets, contact your Account Manager.

Configure Languages and Themes

Set the language and visual appearance of the Communications Platform for the current Workspace. Choose a platform language, a predefined color theme, primary and tertiary colors, and a default theme mode.

The following settings are available:

Language: Select the default language displayed throughout the Communications Platform for users in the current Workspace.
Predefined Themes: Select a predefined color theme to apply its color palette automatically.
Primary Color: Select the color for primary interface elements, including buttons, highlights, and interactive components.
Tertiary Color: Select the color for complementary interface elements.
Theme Mode: Select the default appearance: Light or Dark mode.
