Review an email broadcast’s delivery, engagement, link activity, and recipient-level delivery results.
After a broadcast runs, select it from the report list to open its analytics. The report includes these tabs:
- Performance: Summarizes delivery, engagement, and interaction results.
- Broadcast Overview: Shows the broadcast configuration, including the sender identity, email subject, applied filters, and recipient count.
- Link Tracking: Shows link-performance analytics.
- Recipient Search: Lets you review delivery results for individual recipients.
Performance tab
Use the Performance tab to review delivery and engagement results for the broadcast.
KPIs
The following key performance indicators (KPIs) appear at the top of the tab:
- Total Messages Sent: Number of messages the platform sent successfully.
- Delivery Rate: Percentage of emails delivered to recipients.
- Failed Rate: Percentage of messages that were not delivered.
- Open Rate: Percentage of delivered emails that recipients opened.
Messages by Status graph
Use the horizontal bar chart to review the distribution of message statuses:
- Unsent: Emails that were not sent.
- Sent: Emails sent successfully.
- Not Open: Emails that recipients have not opened.
- Open: Emails that recipients have opened.
- Failed: Emails that were not delivered.
Use this graph to identify delivery success, delays, and failures.
Broadcast Overview tab
Use the Broadcast Overview tab to review the broadcast configuration and message details.
- Sender: Email address used to send the broadcast.
- Email Subject: Subject line configured for the message.
- Trackable Links: Links embedded in the email that can be tracked. This field appears only when the email uses Link Tracker.
- Number of Recipients: Total number of recipients included in the broadcast.
- Applied Filter: Whether a filter was used to target a specific audience.
Link Tracking tab
Use the Link Tracking tab to understand how recipients interact with clickable elements in the email.

Click Heatmap: Geographic distribution of users who select the ShortURL in the message.

OS Device Distribution: Operating systems recipients used to open the email.

Click Rate: Total and unique clicks on the broadcast’s ShortURL.
The chart includes these bars:
- Total Opens: Total click events recorded for the ShortURL. Every click is counted, including repeated clicks by the same user. For example, if one user selects the link four times, the chart records four opens.
- Unique Opens: Number of distinct users who selected the ShortURL. Each user counts once, regardless of how many times they select the link. For example, if one user clicks four times and another clicks twice, the chart records six total opens and two unique opens.
Recipient Search tab
Use Recipient Search to review individual message deliveries and verify delivery results for specific contacts.
Use the controls at the top of the tab to narrow the results:
- Search by Recipient: Search for a specific phone number. The table shows matching records.
- Filter by Status: Filter results by message status, such as failed or undelivered, to identify messages that need follow-up.
The table lists all message attempts for the selected broadcast:
- Recipient: Recipient’s phone number.
- Timestamp: Date and time the message was sent.
- Status: Delivery status for the message. See Message Status for email-status definitions.
Export a report

Select Export Report at the top right of any broadcast section.

Confirm the email address shown in the dialog, then select OK or press Enter to send the report to that address.

Open the report email and select Download Report to save the analytics report to your device.
WARNINGIf you do not receive the report email, check your spam folder. Contact the Support Team if the email does not arrive.
