Keyword

You access keyword automation reporting to review user engagement based on specific keywords triggered via messaging platforms (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS). You navigate three main tabs:

  • Keyword Usage: Displays metrics on keyword performance during the automation, including total interactions, usage distribution, and interaction logs.
  • Campaign Overview: Summarizes automation configuration details, including sender details, delivery channel, recipients, and a message preview.
  • Participants: Lists users who have interacted with the automation, with details on their activity and participation status.

Keyword Usage tab

You see end user participation for each interaction in the Keyword Usage tab. You see which interactions and keywords are most popular. You also access a log of keyword interactions to identify the most frequently used keywords.

KPIs

You see four KPIs at the top of the Keyword Usage tab.

  • Total Keywords: Total number of keywords the customer has set up in the automation.

  • Total Keyword Interactions: Total number of interactions each keyword received from end users. A single user may interact with the same keyword multiple times.

  • Total Users: Total number of unique end users who have interacted with the keywords.

  • Keyword Usage: It measures the percentage of configured keywords that customers have interacted with. It includes all keywords set up in the automation, even those later removed. For example, with keywords "Order," "Promotion," and "Sale," the KPI reflects engagement with "Order" and "Promotion" only.

You see total interactions per interaction over time in the following timeline.

Total Interactions Distribution Graph

You see each interaction's percentage of total end user interactions in the following pie chart.

Keyword Interactions Log

You see each interaction with its keyword and total interactions in the following table. You identify which keywords users interact with most.

NOTE

The table will only display keywords that users have interacted with at least once.

The Keywords Interaction Log table consists of the following columns:

Keyword

An SMS keyword is a word or phrase that people text to either a phone number or an SMS short code using their mobile phone.

Each interaction contains a certain number of keywords set by the customer.

Total Keyword Interaction

Total number of interactions that each keyword got from end users

The Grand Total Keyword Interaction gets the sum for each keyword interaction.

Campaign Overview tab

You review automation configuration and message content appearance in this section.

  • Delivery Channel: Type of channel (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS) through which the automation was sent.

  • Sender: The sender type selected during automation setup is used as the sender of the notification message.

  • Recipients: Number of Recipients who received or interacted with the automation. You click the Refresh Recipients icon to update the total participants in real time.

Participants tab

You access a detailed view of individual user engagement and participation in the Participants tab. You analyze individual user interactions and segment audiences by level of involvement.
