To identify all available senders within the Live Chat, navigate to the Preferences section, then select the GENERAL dropdown menu, and click on the Senders section.

The table showcases the following columns:

  • ID (sender): Specific phone number or identifier used to send messages to recipients during a live chat session. This number represents the source from which messages are sent, allowing recipients to identify and interact with the sender during the conversation.

  • Channel: Specific channel through which messages are sent and received during a live chat interaction between the agent and customer.

    At present, two channels are available: SMS and WhatsApp.

  • Status: Status of the sender.

  • Active: The sender is currently enabled and fully operational for sending and receiving messages in real-time conversations.
