This section provides a consolidated view of all the conversations within your Workspace. In this section, all conversations that are assigned, unassigned, open, or closed are displayed.

NOTE

• Agents will only see conversations that are assigned to their team (the team the agent belongs to), or unassigned conversations (not linked to any team).
• If an agent is not assigned to any team, they will only see conversations that are not linked to any team.
