Invitation Message
This interaction will send an invitation message to the participants as long as they type the configured keyword or keywords to trigger this message.
The purpose of the Invitation Message is to engage users right from the beginning, providing them with a clear understanding of how to interact with the chatbot. It's an essential feature for enhancing user experience, guiding users on how to proceed with their queries, and setting expectations for the kind of support or information the chatbot can provide.
NOTE
The Invitation Message is only available when choosing SMS as delivery channel and the API Endpoint as recipient.
The steps to configure an Invitation Message are the following:

Define and type the first message that users encounter when they start a pre-conversation with the chatbot.
We suggest typing the keywords that will trigger the Welcome Message to start interacting with the chatbot.

Define and enter the keywords that the platform will receive from the end users to trigger the Welcome Message and begin the interaction with the chatbot.

Enter maximum 30 keywords.
