Environment`s Workspaces Configuration

You manage the Workspaces contained within an Environment from the Environment configuration. Each Environment holds multiple Workspaces, each serving different purposes and managed independently. You select an Environment to view and manage the Workspaces configured within it.

When you select the Go to Environment button, you see a list of all Workspaces associated with the chosen Environment.

You view and manage the created Workspaces for an Environment in the Workspaces List section.

You work with the following features in this section:

Special attributes:

• A search bar for finding specific Workspaces by name.

• Filter options for switching between all, active, and inactive Workspaces.

• Direct access to each Workspace.

• Workspace Card details for each configured Workspace:

  

  1. Space name: name that identifies the Workspace, located next to the logo space.

  2. Space URL: assigned web URL for the Workspace platform, located below the Workspace name.

  3. Space Config button: accesses the Workspace configuration for editing information, users, routes, and channels.

  4. Manager: initials of the Workspace's Admin Owner.

     You select the displayed admin initials to view the admin's contact information such as email and phone number:

     

  5. Channels: channels currently enabled within the Workspace.

  6. Go to space button: navigates you to the Workspace's URL.

Creating a New Space: You add new Workspaces to the Environment to meet specific operational needs.

Configuring & Editing Each Workspace: You modify settings for each Workspace. Settings include delivery channels, Live Chat, user roles, and branding configurations.
