Create & Send SMS Template

Create an SMS template, save it as a reusable asset, and use it in a broadcast.

Create the template

1. Open the Templates section.
2. Create a category that groups templates by purpose, such as promotional, transactional, or recurring messages.
3. Create an SMS template from scratch.
4. Select the category, then add a name and description.
5. Write the SMS message.
6. Add personalization fields when the message needs recipient-specific content.
7. Use the live preview to check how the SMS appears on a mobile device.
8. Save the template for future broadcasts.
