Credits
In the Credits tab located in the Preferences section, you can monitor an active credit plan in real-time and review how credits are being consumed across various delivery channels.

The General Credit Information table lists the active plan and provides an at-a-glance summary of the credit plan:
-
Credit Plan ID: Unique identifier of the plan.
-
Billing date: Indicates the start date of the credit plan.
-
Credit limit: Display the type of credit allocation (All Channels | Channel Specific).
-
Credits: Displays the total amount of credits assigned, either as a shared pool (All channels) or the sum of all credits configured per channel (Channel specific).
-
Renew credits: Indicates whether the Renew Credits option is active and specifies the renewal period (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).
-
Roll Over credits: Shows if unused credits will be carried over to the next renewal cycle (Yes) or if they will be reset at the beginning of the new cycle (No).
-
Overage: Displays whether the Overage option is enabled. If Yes, credits may exceed the configured limit once the plan is consumed; if No, delivery will stop once the limit is reached.
-
Actions: Opens the detailed view of the actual credit plan, showing credits per channel, consumption, and remaining balances by selecting the View details (eye icon).
Additionally, the platform automatically sends notification emails to the Account Manager when credit consumption reaches specific thresholds (25%, 50%, 75%, 95%) or when credits are fully consumed (100%).
The monitoring view displayed will vary depending on the type of credit plan configured:
- All Channels: Shows a consolidated view of the shared credit pool applied to all delivery channels.
- Channel Specific: Displays a breakdown of credits, consumption, and balances for each individual delivery channel.
- All Channels: Shows a consolidated view of the shared credit pool applied to all delivery channels.
All channels
When you select the View details (eye icon) in the Actual Credit Plans table, the platform opens a detailed monitoring view of the credit plan. This view allows you to track consumption, available balance, and key plan attributes in real time.

Key Elements of the Monitoring View
This section provides general information about the credit plan, including:
-
Space name: The specific space where the credit plan is configured.
-
Credit Plan ID: Unique identifier of the credit plan.
-
Billing date & Timezone: Indicates the start date of the credit plan.
-
Update date / Update Feature: Reserved fields showing when the plan was last updated (if applicable).
-
Renewal credits: Indicates whether the Renew Credits option is active and specifies the renewal period (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).
-
Roll Over Credits: Shows if unused credits will be carried over to the next renewal cycle (Yes) or if they will be reset at the beginning of the new cycle (No).
-
Overage: Displays whether the Overage option is enabled. If Yes, credits may exceed the configured limit once the plan is consumed; if No, delivery will stop once the limit is reached. If enabled, an overage date will also be displayed to indicate the date it was applied.
-
Credit Management (All Channels): This table reflects the shared credit pool applied across all delivery channels. It includes the following columns:
- Channel - Lists the delivery channels included in the space (e.g., Email, SMS, WhatsApp).
- Credits - Displays the total credit pool configured for the credit plan.
- Used Credits - Shows the amount of credits consumed from the shared pool, regardless of the originating channel.
- Remaining Credits - Indicates the balance of credits still available in the shared pool.
For All channels credit plans, the platform monitors the shared pool of credits across all delivery channels. When consumption reaches key thresholds within the current period, the system automatically sends an email notification to the Account Manager.
These alerts ensure that usage is transparent and the Account Manager can take timely action to avoid service interruptions.
- 25% consumed – Informational notice confirming that a quarter of the assigned credits have been used. The email includes the remaining balance and a recommendation to monitor consumption.
- 50% consumed – Mid-cycle update indicating that half of the assigned credits have been consumed. The Account Manager is reminded to review usage trends.
- 75% consumed – High-usage warning that three-quarters of the credits have been consumed. The email highlights the remaining balance and suggests planning a top-up if demand continues.
- 95% consumed — Critical pre-exhaustion alert. Notifies that only ~5% of credits remain; urges immediate action to avoid interruption.
- 100% consumed (Fully consumed) — Exhaustion alert. This notification provides. A clear message that all credits have been consumed. This ensures that the Account Manager is immediately aware when credit consumption reaches its limit and can take prompt action if needed.
- Overage Credit Activated – If the Overage option is enabled, once the assigned credits are fully consumed, the system automatically applies additional credits equal to 100% of the originally assigned amount. An email notification confirms that overage credits have been added to ensure uninterrupted service.
For example, suppose a credit plan is configured with 500,000 credits for a space under the All Channels option. When 25% (125,000) of the credits are used, between the Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, the Account Manager receives the following notification email showing the remaining balance:
- Channel - Lists the delivery channels included in the space (e.g., Email, SMS, WhatsApp).
Channel specific
When a credit plan is configured as Channel Specific, the system tracks usage individually per delivery channel. By clicking the Details button (eye icon) in the Actual Credit Plans table, you can view a breakdown of credits for each channel within the space. This helps you track consumption, available balance, and key plan attributes in real-time for each delivery channel.

Credit Management (Channel specific): This table reflects the credits assigned individually to each delivery channel included in the credit plan. Unlike the shared pool in the All Channels option, each channel has its own credit allocation, which is consumed and monitored independently. It includes the following columns:
- Channel – Lists each delivery channel that was included in the credit plan.
- Credits – Shows the total number of credits allocated to that specific channel.
- Used Credits by Channel – Displays a percentage of credits already consumed for that channel.
- Remaining Credits – Indicates the number of credits still available for the channel.
For Channel Specific credit plans, the platform monitors each delivery channel independently. When consumption for a channel reaches key thresholds within the current period, the system automatically sends an email notification to the Account Manager of the space.
These alerts ensure that the Account Manager is promptly informed of each channel’s consumption, allowing them to take timely action and prevent service disruption.

- 100% consumed (Fully consumed) — Exhaustion alert. This notification provides. A clear message that all credits have been consumed. This ensures that the Account Manager is immediately aware when credit consumption reaches its limit and can take prompt action if needed.
- Overage Credit Activated – If the Overage option is enabled, once the assigned credits for an individual channel are fully consumed, the system automatically applies additional credits equal to 100% of the originally assigned amount. An email notification confirms that overage credits have been added to ensure uninterrupted service.
For example, suppose a credit plan is configured with 100,000 credits for Email, 50,000 for SMS, and 150,000 for WhatsApp.
-
If Email reaches 25% consumption (25,000 credits), the Account Manager will receive a notification email specifically for the Email channel.
-
If WhatsApp later reaches 75% consumption (112,500 credits), a separate alert is sent to notify the Account Manager of the high usage for WhatsApp.
Each channel operates independently, so notifications are per channel rather than for the total combined usage.
- Channel – Lists each delivery channel that was included in the credit plan.
