Environment`s Manager

You use the Environment section in Administration Console as the core organizational layer for managing messaging resources, configurations, and user access. You use each Environment as an isolated workspace where you assign routes, virtual routes, WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs), and users. You use this structure to manage messaging broadcasts and automations across multiple brands, regions, or business units.

From this section, you work with the following:

  • All existing Environments — visible and manageable from a single list
  • Resources such as routes, virtual routes, and WABAs — available for assignment to each Environment
  • User access — configurable by assigning users and roles to Workspaces within each Environment

You use Environments to organize how messaging services are deployed, accessed, and monitored across your organization. You select the Environments icon in the left navigation sidebar to open the Environment List section.

An Environment is a configurable workspace you use to manage communication workflows and settings. You use it to organize communication channels—such as SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and other messaging services—according to specific operational needs or objectives. You customize communication features, rules, and integrations so that each segment of your business has settings that match its requirements.
