Environment Information
Manage the configuration shared by every Workspace in an Environment, including branding, login imagery, support links, and Workspace activation.

Environment details
Configure the following details for the current Environment:
- Company Name: Identifies the organization associated with the Environment. You can edit this field.
- Environment Name: Identifies the Environment in the Administration Console. This value is set when you create the Environment and cannot be edited.
Branding
Upload the visual assets that define the Environment's identity. These assets appear across the Administration Console, Communications Platform, and Live Chat.

Configure the following branding assets:
- Favicon: Upload a 128 × 128 pixel image. The favicon appears in the browser tab when users access an associated platform.
- Logo: Upload a 128 × 128 pixel image. The logo appears in the upper-left corner of each associated platform.
- Icon: Upload a 128 × 128 pixel image. The icon appears on the Environment card and in the upper-right corner of each associated platform.
Welcome image
Customize the login screen for users across all platforms associated with the current Environment. The image you upload appears on the login page for the Administration Console, Communications Platform, and Live Chat.
Upload an Environment logo with a recommended size of 500 × 500 pixels.

Platform support links
Configure the support and documentation URLs for the current Environment. Every Workspace in the Environment inherits these links, which appear throughout the Communications Platform and Live Chat.

Configure the following URLs:
- User Guide URL: Link to your organization's user guide, where users can find product documentation and usage instructions.
- Support Center URL: Link to your organization's support portal, where users can submit requests, report issues, or get assistance.
- API Documentation: Link to your organization's API documentation, including technical references, endpoints, and integration guides.
- Live Chat URL: Link to your organization's Live Chat platform. The Communications Platform uses this URL when a user selects Live Chat from the navigation menu.

NOTEBy default, this URL redirects to the standard Live Chat domain. If your organization wants to use a custom domain for the Live Chat URL requires prior configuration. Contact your Account Manager for assistance with enabling and configuring a custom domain.
Spaces Activation
The Spaces Activation table lists every Workspace in the Environment, along with its company name and platform URL.

The table includes the following columns:
- Company Name: The name assigned to the Workspace.
- Platform URL: The URL used to access the Workspace's Communications Platform.
- Activation: Whether the Workspace is active in the Environment. Contact your Account Manager to deactivate a Workspace.
- Actions: Select the Delete icon to remove the Workspace from the Environment. Contact your Account Manager to delete a Workspace.
