Request WABA

Create or request a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) so you can start sending WhatsApp broadcast campaigns from your Workspace.

Choose the process that matches how your WABA is provisioned and assigned to your Workspace:

• Use the Partner-Initiated Process when your Account Manager submits the request for you.
• Use Embedded Sign-Up when you create or link a WABA directly from your Workspace.

Partner-Initiated Process

Watch this walkthrough to request and configure a WABA through the Partner-Initiated Process. You’ll work with your Account Manager to submit the request, approve the invitation in Meta Business Suite, complete the required review steps, and wait for Meta’s approval.

After Meta approves the request, the WABA becomes available in your Space. Verify it there before you create and send WhatsApp campaigns.

Embedded Sign-Up

Watch this walkthrough to create or link a WABA with Embedded Sign-Up from your Workspace. You’ll enable the feature, authenticate with Meta, create or select business assets, verify your phone number, and assign your WABA and phone number for WhatsApp messaging.
