Request WABA

You create or request a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to start sending WhatsApp broadcast campaigns from your Workspace.

You choose the process that matches how your WABA is provisioned and assigned to your Workspace:

• The Partner-Initiated Process applies when your Account Manager submits the request for you.
• Embedded Sign-Up applies when you create or link a WABA directly from your Workspace.

Partner-initiated process

You watch this walkthrough to request and configure a WABA through the Partner-Initiated Process.

You work with your Account Manager to complete these steps:

• Submitting the request
• Approving the invitation in Meta Business Suite
• Completing the required review steps
• Waiting for Meta's approval

After Meta approves the request, the WABA becomes available in your Workspace. You verify it there before you create and send WhatsApp campaigns.
