Creating Messaging Campaigns
The platform offers multiple delivery mechanisms for engaging audiences of all sizes. They can be accessed through the New Campaign option on the top of the Navigation sidebar on the left, as shown below.
To initiate a New Campaign,
- Select New Campaign.
- In the pop-up window that follows, enter the campaign's name in the textbox provided.
Campaigns are segmented into two types: Messaging and Interactive Campaigns.
3.. Select in the Messaging section the campaign type you will be creating.
You will be taken directly to the campaign creator of the campaign that you selected. Once in the specific campaign you selected, you will see the steps that will be required to complete to configure that campaign.
THE THREE STEPS OF CAMPAIGN CREATION
The three steps that were just described, are common to the creation of all campaign types, without exception. They are represented graphically in the following figure.
