The graphs of the Digital Coupon campaign located in the Redemption tab are the following:

Pass Redemption: Determines the percentage (%) of distribution of the passes generated in the interactive campaign, indicating those successfully scanned and used and those that have not yet been used.

Redemption Frequency: Determines the distribution of the days and hours in which the coupons were redeemed. That is, this chart displays the most popular day of the week/hour where digital coupons were redeemed.

The hours are expressed in UTC and distributed as follows:

  • Morning: 6:00 hrs a 11:59 hrs
  • Afternoon: 12:00 hrs a 17:59 hrs
  • Evening: 18:00 hrs a 23:59 hrs
  • Night: 00:00 hrs a 5:59 hrs
