Delivery tab

The Delivery tab shows the states of campaign messages in the context of the delivery channel that was used to send them. For example, if a campaign was sent via email it will show email related states, and if it was sent through RCS, it will show states related to this delivery channel.

The Delivery tab will be shown in the reports for the following campaign types:

- E-Swipe- Raffle Giveaway- Trivia
- Subscription Form- Member Card- Web Trivia

Once the campaign messages have been sent, the states will be logged and displayed via the bar chart periodically, in accordance with one of the possible delivery channels used

  • SMS
  • Email
  • Push notifications
  • RCS
  • WhatsApp

SMS

In the Delivery tab, when SMS is used to send the campaign, it displays a bar chart of the messages statuses reported by the Carrier for each category.

The bar chart is divided in 5 categories and each category contains the SMS message statuses reported by the Carrier.

  • Unsent: Total number of messages that were not sent successfully.

  • Sent: Total number of messages that were sent successfully.

  • Delivered: Total number of messages that were delivered to end users.

  • Transit: total number of messages in transit.

  • Failed: Total number of messages that were not delivered to end users.

Email

When Email is used to send the campaign, the Delivery tab displays a bar chart of the messages statuses for each category.

The bar chart is divided in 5 categories and each category contains the Email message statuses reported back to the platform.

  • Unsent: Total number of messages that were not sent successfully.

  • Sent: Total number of messages that were sent successfully.

  • Not Open: Total number of messages that were not opened by end users.

  • Open: Total number of messages that were opened by end users.

  • Failed: Total number of messages that were not delivered to end users.

Push

In the Delivery tab, when Push notification is used to send the campaign, it displays a bar chart of the messages statuses once the messages have been sent.

The bar chart is divided in 4 categories and each message category contains the Push notification statuses reported.

  • Unsent: Total number of notifications that were not sent successfully.

  • Sent: Total number of notifications that were sent successfully.

  • Delivered: Total number of notifications that were delivered to end users.

  • Failed: Total number of notifications that were not delivered to end users.

RCS

In the Delivery tab, when RCS is used to send the campaign, it displays a bar chart of the messages statuses once the messages have been sent.

The bar chart is divided in 4 categories and each message category contains the RCS message statuses reported.

  • Sent: Total number of RCS messages that were sent successfully.

  • Delivered: Total number of RCS messages that were delivered to end users.

  • Transit: Total number of messages in transit.

  • Failed: Total number of RCS messages that were not delivered to end users.

WhatsApp

In the Delivery tab, when WhatsApp is used to send the campaign, it displays a bar chart of the messages statuses once the messages have been sent.

The bar chart is divided in 5 categories and each message category contains the WhatsApp message statuses reported.

  • Unsent: Total number of messages that were not sent successfully.

  • Sent: Total number of messages that were sent successfully.

  • Delivered: Total number of messages that were delivered to end users.

  • Transit: Total number of messages in transit.

  • Failed: Total number of messages that were not delivered to end users.

    Messages that fail to be delivered could be for several reasons, user out coverage, user's phone is out of service, or battery, or they have lost it and are getting a new one and have disabled their SIM.




On Subscription Forms

For a Subscription Form campaign, the Delivery tab offers different options to distribute the Subscription Form link to a potential audience in the following formats :

The following actions are displayed:

  • QR code

  • URL

  • iFrame Embedding:

  • QR code: You can provide access to the Subscription Form by distributing the QR code image generated for the campaign. Click on Download QR Code Image to retrieve it for distribution.

  • URL: You can copy and distribute the URL generated.

  • Landing Page Embedding: Embedding an iFrame version of your Subscription Landing Page on your website is a great way to increase engagement in concert with Communications Professional. With just a little bit of code, you can incorporate everything you need to bring on new Subscribers.

    As shown above, the iFrame embed code is displayed. You can copy this code for use on your site.




On Member Cards

For Member Card campaign, it includes two mains KPI located at the top of the Delivery tab:

  • SMS Sent: Total number of SMS messages that were sent successfully.

  • Email Sent: Total number of Email messages that were sent successfully.
